How do I place an order?

Orders can be easily placed through our webshop product page: Mama Mushroom Shop. Select a product and add it to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Then, click on the cart icon in the top right corner to proceed to the checkout page for payment.

Please note: The ‘subscription button’ is activated by default. By clicking ‘Add to Cart,’ you will always receive a 15% discount, Mama Mushroom covers all shipping costs, and you’ll have a flexible subscription with Mama Mushroom.

With a subscription, you’ll receive a new shipment every 28 days. This ensures you always have enough stock at home. You can pause or cancel a Mama Mushroom subscription anytime up to one day before shipment.

If you need to pause your subscription, for example when going on vacation, you can easily manage this via your Account/Self Service page Or ask Sara, your wellness concierge, via WhatsApp or phone at +31 202 611 416 to do it for you.

Mama accepts all common payment methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, ApplePay, all credit cards, SEPA, and Bancontact.

Can I create an account?

Mama invites you to join our family. Having an account, and becoming a Family Member offers many benefits besides discounts. What are the delivery costs?

For one-time purchases, shipping costs are €4.95. Delivery is free for family members/subscription holders of Mama Mushroom. 

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed before 15:30 on weekdays are prepared for shipment the same day and typically delivered the next day. We will keep you updated with your Track & Trace code.

How can I track my package?

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, we will send an email with your track & trace code.

What if I don’t receive my package?

How can I return my package?

Mama Mushroom offers a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the product does not meet your expectations, no problem, Mama will refund your full purchase amount. What are the return costs?

At your first order, you can choose a subscription. You will then receive a 15% discount on your first and all subsequent purchases, and we always cover the shipping costs.

How often will I receive new products?

Every 28 days, you will receive a refill delivery, ensuring you always have enough Energy and/or Focus in stock. Our packages typically last for 30 days of daily use.

Where can I log in to my account?

For your Mama Mushroom account, please log in to Self Service. Here you can find your purchase invoices and track & trace codes (which you will also receive automatically by email).
